This year, the MAV (Women in the Visual Arts) Forum will focus on the presence of women artists in art centers, and on gender and art in rural contexts. The event will take place on December 11 and 12 at the Cruz Novillo Art School and the Sebastián de Covarrubias House, respectively. The director of MIDECIANT, Ana Navarrete, will give the opening lecture on December 11 at 12:30 p.m., titled “From the Museum to the Streets. Deeds, Not Words! Not One Woman Less, Not One More Dead!”
