On November 11th, the predoctoral researchers from the ENERSYS group, Miguel Ángel Alfaro López and Pedro Domínguez Coy, participated in the National Workshop Heat Pumps in Spain, organized by the Spanish Heat Pump Team and CIEMAT in the city of Madrid.
This workshop was held on the occasion of the executive committee meeting of the International Energy Agency’s Heat Pump Technology Collaboration Program (IEA TCP-HPT) in the Spanish capital, with the aim of promoting interaction between the IEA TCP-HPT program and various actors in the heat pump technology sector in Spain, such as research teams from academia or companies developing projects in the sector. The event featured a substantial representation of members from other national teams from different countries, giving it a significant international character.
During the workshop, the various research groups and companies that are members of the Spanish Heat Pump Team showcased their research lines and some of their projects. They also presented the equipment they have for carrying out their projects, as well as their future research plans and ongoing investments.
The workshop also provided a space for informal conversation, idea exchange, and the search for new contacts with whom to potentially cooperate on future projects.
