The University of Castilla-La Mancha seeks and nurtures talent, that is, the capacity to carry out or exercise a specific activity. When discovering, assessing and contributing to developing this type of intelligence, this academic institution makes use of two highly efficient instruments: the work placements in companies platform and the Centre for Information and Employment Promotion (CIPE).
The UCLM work placements in companies platform is a tool which incentivizes and organizes the relationship between students, companies, coordinators and work placement professors in order to optimize supply and demand for university students who wish to complete their training with an initial introduction to professional environments.
Additionally, there is the Centre for Information and Employment Promotion, incorporated into the Vice-Chancellorship for Transference and Innovation whose mission is to nurture the professional development of university graduates in Castilla-La Mancha, smoothing the path from the lecture halls to the workplace.
