Students holding degrees or certificates obtained in foreign educational systems
1. ENTRANCE FOR STUDENTS WITH PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION
a) Students holding a European Baccalaureate in virtue of the regulation contained in the Agreement by which the Statute of the European Schools made in Luxembourg on the 21st of June 1994 is established; students who have obtained the International Baccalaureate Diploma, issued by the International Baccalaureate Organization, based in Geneva (Switzerland), and students holding degrees, diplomas or Baccalaureate or university entrance certificates from educational systems in member states of the European Union or from other states with whom international agreements applicable to this have been signed , in a reciprocal system, provided that these students fulfil the academic requirements for university entrance set by their educational systems. The entrance mark of these students is that which appears in the document in force issued by UNED (National Distance Education University) or equivalent authorized body.
They will be able to improve this mark from those marks obtained in the subjects passed in any of these tests:

In the specific abilities tests made by the UNED or authorized body.

In the final external assessment to obtain the qualification or diploma which grants university entrance in the educational system in their country of origin, according to the mark gained in this subject which is included in the document issued by the UNED or equivalent authorized body.
- In the voluntary phase of EvAU (University Entrance Assessment) without detriment to that set out in the sole transitional provision.
b) Students holding qualifications, diplomas or studies equivalent to Secondary School certificates from the Spanish Educational system, from educational systems in the member states of the European Union or from other states which have signed international agreements in this regard, in a reciprocal system, when these students do not fulfil the academic requirements for university entrance set by the educational systems in their countries of origin; and students holding qualifications, diplomas or with studies, obtained or done in educational systems of states that are not members of the European Union with which no international agreements have been signed for the recognition of secondary school qualifications in a reciprocal system, validated or declared to be equivalent to secondary school qualifications in the Spanish Educational system.
The entrance mark of these students is that which appears in the document in force issued by UNED (National Distance Education University) or equivalent authorized body, or in the corresponding validation document for their qualification. They will be able to improve this mark by presenting themselves at the EvAu (obligatory and voluntary phase) in similar conditions to LOMCE Secondary School students
c) Students holding qualifications, diplomas or with foreign studies that have been validated or declared to be equivalent to the official qualifications for Vocational Diplomas, Diploma in Plastic Arts and Design or to the Sports Diploma in the Spanish Educational System.
The entrance mark of these students is that which appears in the document in force issued by UNED (National Distance Education University) or equivalent authorized body, or in the corresponding validation document for their qualification. They will be able to improve this mark from those marks obtained in the subjects passed in any of these tests:

d) Students holding qualifications, diplomas or studies different to those equivalent to secondary school qualifications, Vocational Training Diploma, Diploma in Plastic Arts and Design or to in Sports from the Spanish Educational System,obtained from or done in educational systems in the member states of the European Union or in other states which have signed international agreements in this regard, in a reciprocal system, when these students fulfil the academic requirements for university entrance set by the educational systems in their countries of origin.
The entrance mark of these students is that which appears in the document in force issued by UNED (National Distance Education University) or equivalent authorized body.
2. ENTRANCE FOR STUDENTS WITH PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION
a) Students with university studies that have been made in part abroad, or having ended their university studies, they have not requested or obtained validation and they wish to continue their education in Spain. An essential requirement is recognition for 30 credits in the degree they wish to enrol on.
These students will participate in the admission procedure for changing degree or university. They will also be able to use their preuniversity studies in the General Procedure.
b) Students holding a foreign university qualification validated as an official university Degree, Masters or equivalent qualification, or Diploma, Architectural Technician, Technical Engineer, Graduate, Architect, Engineer, corresponding to the previous ordering of university education or an equivalent qualification.
These students will participate in the General procedure for beginning degree studies in the degree quota, and, if applicable in the general quota if they present their preuniversity studies.
