Health and work environment

The UCLM is aware of the importance of guaranteeing a high level of protection against the risks derived from its activities and of improving the health and safety conditions of all members of the university community. For this reason, the Rector and all the government bodies have prioritized adopting and promoting the necessary actions to maintain the working and studying conditions of all the members of the university in a safe and healthy environment as one more element of the continuous improvement cycle.

To achieve this, they will promote the mandatory integration of prevention in all of the university's activities in order to have a higher teaching and researching quality and train professionals with greater preparation and awareness in preventive matters. The preventive policy must be consistent and integrated with the quality, environment and human resources policy of the institution.
